VenueCAD is a software system designed specifically for managing graphical allocations with a variety of automated processes. In VenueCAD shapes (resources) become "live objects" reporting directly to a data sources where the built in business logic controls the processing according to configurable options. Whether it is a restaurant, football field, a conference centre or an entire Olympic Stadium, the VenueCAD system provides a scalable solution that will grow with any Venue requiring efficient management of allocations and resources together with a precision floor plan creation system. VenueCAD is an application hosted solution that resides remotely on a central server. The system is a multi-user and operates in a secure environment for total control of your allocations, resources and space planning requirements.

User administration: Create your own users and allocate permissions (venue manager, user, client and reviewer)
Floor plan creation: Easy to use floor plan generation system with 4 levels of security and a suite of specialised design tools
Plan template creation Create and save specific seating layouts for use over and over including a generic plan creation
Events Diary: Dynamic calendar view of all events and plans users can open, modify details and delete events from the events diary
Allocations module: Allocating people to seats as groups or individuals with drag and drop functionality or automated from a button
Resources module: Live shapes attached to a database of resources for a variety of reports - (additional hire, stock reports, costs, etc...)
Food and Beverage calculator: customisable menus and beverage packages including special and diet requirements
Reports module: report directly from your plan for printing, exporting, emailing or just view on screen.
