Project Specific – New System Implementation Training Services

Key to the client organisation's rapid ROI is the System and Solution training that is provided.
Solution Training is provided at 2 levels –
1) Train the Trainer for “System Champions / Administrators” designed to effect a thorough knowledge transfer between the trainer and trainees, and
2) End User Training, designed to empower the end users with the knowledge and confidence to operate the system on a day to day basis.

General – Application Training Services – All Applications Supported

A series of General Group Training Classes are scheduled every quarter and the schedule is published to the web site for client organisations to register attendees well in advance of the classes running.
The schedule for the Aptify General Group Training Classes will be displayed shortly The General Group Training Classes are designed to provide our Clients with the opportunity to register staff members who have either recently joined the various organisations or staff who generally may wish to participate in general training to further their knowledge in the various application components.

The Program

The general training program covers the generic Application Components functionality (with no reference to any specific client implementation configurations) providing attendees with a deeper understanding of the key functionality offered by the application and each of its components.

The training classes are conducted at the offices of Karman Group and are limited to class sizes of 6 attendees, ensuring that each attendee receives individual assistance as may be required. Each attendee is provided with a PC terminal to enable individual hands-on training.

Conducting the training at Karman Group Offices ensures that the participating client staff members will have the opportunity to focus on the training in a relaxed environment with minimal interruptions. Lunch and Morning & Afternoon Tea / Coffee is provided.
